After-sales service commitment.
1.1 Commitment to after-sales service during the warranty period (including the commitment to the length of the free warranty period)
The product enters the warranty period from the date of acceptance by the tenderee. During the warranty period, we respond to any issues arising during the use of the product by the tenderee within 7*24 hours. For any product quality issues caused by material, product process issues, or other reasons, our company provides free replacement, return, or product repair. The free warranty period is: 24 months from the date the customer receives the goods.
1.2 Commitment to extend the warranty period and preferential measures after the warranty period expires
A 12-month extended warranty is promised after the warranty period expires, charging 50% of the after-sales service price for labor and material costs.
1.3 Measures for the supply of spare parts for vulnerable items during the service life of equipment
All after-sales services requiring on-site service will be dispatched to the site within 72 hours. For those requiring replacement of new products, our company will keep a certain number of spare goods in the bidder's warehouse for timely replacement (one roll of 50M of rust-proof coil for each model and specification, 50 pieces of rust-proof film for each model and specification, 50 packs of rust-proof powder, 5 barrels of oil-soluble gas phase rust prevention additive, and 50 meters of rust-proof sponge for each model and specification).
1.4 Commitment to confidentiality obligations
