Provide systematic theoretical training and on-site practical operation training for staff (operators, administrators, technicians), through which they become familiar with the appearance, performance, usage methods, precautions, and other aspects of various products, and have the ability to troubleshoot and solve general minor problems and malfunctions.
All training materials will be conducted using coaching materials and teaching methods. The instructor is an engineer from our project department, with rich practical work experience and a high level of theoretical and practical skills. At the same time, after the training, hand over all relevant documents to the bidding party, including product instructions, operating instructions, precautions, handling methods, etc.
3.2 After sales service content and guarantee measures
For rust proof rolls, rust proof powder packs, rust proof non-woven fabrics, rust proof sponges of various specifications and models, if there are quality problems during the warranty period (48 months), new rust proof rolls, rust proof powder packs, rust proof non-woven fabrics, rust proof sponges and other products should be replaced in a timely manner. For all after-sales services that require on-site service, personnel will be sent to the site within 30 hours. For those that need to replace new products, our company will store a certain amount of spare goods in the tenderer's warehouse for timely replacement. If the number of spare goods is not enough, our company will send personnel to the site within 30 hours for replacement.
