1. After-sales service commitment.
1.1 Commitment to after-sales service during the warranty period (including the commitment to the length of the free warranty period)
The product enters the warranty period from the date of acceptance by the tenderee. During the warranty period, we respond to any issues arising during the use of the product by the tenderee within 7*24 hours. For any product quality issues caused by material, product process issues, or other reasons, our company provides free replacement, return, or product repair. The free warranty period is: 24 months from the date the customer receives the goods.
1.2 Commitment to extend the warranty period and preferential measures after the warranty period expires
A 12-month extended warranty is promised after the warranty period expires, charging 50% of the after-sales service price for labor and materials.

This unit has a confidentiality obligation for the content of this bidding document and product information, etc.
2. Explanation of service outlets
2.1 Distribution of domestic service outlets of the bidding equipment
Currently there are 3 service outlets nationwide, located in: Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan.
2.2 Localisation Service Capabilities
It takes no more than 12 hours for the technical service personnel to arrive at the site of the tenderee from our company or each service outlet by plane or high-speed train to provide timely service.
Three. After-sales service measures
3.1 Technical services, technical training and other content and measures
After the smooth handover of the product, before the official use, our side organizes professional technicians to provide free training to the operators and technicians of the bidding unit, guiding and training until they can fully meet the job requirements.
Conduct systematic theoretical training and practical operation training on site for staff members (operators, administrators, technicians), through training, staff members are familiar with the appearance, performance, usage methods, precautions, etc. of various products, and have the ability to eliminate and solve general minor problems and faults.
All training materials will be in the form of teaching aids and teaching methods. The instructors are engineers of this project department, with rich practical experience and high theoretical and practical level. At the same time, all relevant documents, including product descriptions, operation instructions, precautions, handling methods, etc., will be handed over to the tenderee after the training.
3.2 After-sales service content and safeguard measures
For rust-proof rolls, rust-proof powder bags, rust-proof non-woven fabrics, rust-proof sponges of all specifications and models, if quality problems occur within the warranty period (48 months), new rust-proof rolls, rust-proof powder bags, rust-proof non-woven fabrics, rust-proof sponges and other products will be replaced in time. All after-sales services requiring on-site service will be attended by our company's personnel within 30 hours. For products that need to be replaced, our company will store a certain number of spare goods in the warehouse of the tenderee for timely replacement. If the number of spare goods is not enough, our company will send personnel to the site for replacement within 30 hours.
IV. Other matters requiring explanation.
Now our company headquarters has a professional after-sales service team of six people who have received special training. Other service outlets are equipped with two professional service personnel (technical engineers).
